In 10 days a healthy weight loss that will stay off will be only 1-2 lbs lost. You can't lose much in 10 days unless you are obese or have A LOT of fat to lose.
Fasting will drop weight off you, about 5 lbs- 10 lbs, but it will only be water weight and it will return when you go back to eating
10 days will not make a difference in a lot of weight wanting to be lost- you can, like said, lose 2 lbs at most with a healthy normal diet that will be successful in the long term

The best diet to lose weight in a very short time is a "low carb" diet. I myself lost 18 kg (about 40 lbs) in 8 weeks on the Atkins diet. The first 10 days I lost about 6 kg (13 lbs).
You can find lots of information on the web, but basically it is about avoiding all foods with more than 5 % carbs. So, no bread, no potatos, no pasta, no rice, no sugar, etc. It looks hard but once you're started its easy because you can eat proteine and fat as much as you want.
If you start on a low carb diet, be sure you are in good health (if in doubt, consult a physician). Furthermore, listen to your body; you should never feel bad or uncomfortable.

Try this it was invented by a dietitian for obese people who need an operation in two weeks time.
There is enough for one week so freeze half freshly made to last the week.

I cheated and did it for a whole month.

Operation Soup

Ingredients.

3 large onions
1 large or two small green peppers
1 bunch of celery
½ head of green cabbage
1 leek
2 tin chopped tomatoes
1 packet of French onion soup (any brand)
3 vegetable stock cubes (I use oxo)

Cut all vegetables into bite size pieces if your not going to liquidize.
Place all in a large pot add enough water to cover.
Simmer until vegetables are cooked add more water if necessary.

NOTE
To be eaten as a two meal replacement (largest and the smallest).
You can still have a light lunch or light evening meal.
Should not exceed 5 days at a time and 10 days a month.
You will pass more water so make sure you keep up your water intake.

Crash diet but the diet won't last long and YOU NEED SHEER DETERMINATION!

I went through this diet and lost 6 kgs in 10 days.

Vigorous exercise for 30 minutes daily. E.g. swimming, aerobics, running.

Food:
Drink a cup of green tea ( or black tea - no milk and sugar) for breakfast.
For lunch: Eat a fruit ( Apples the best) and drink a glass of low-fat milk
DON"T TAKE DINNER

You will get reli hungry and weak but the results are fast. I suffered for ten days and I never am looking back at crash diet again. I gain back 2 kgs a couple of weeks later after eating normally.

A proper diet and sufficient exercise guarantees you to lose weight permanently.

Depends on how much you want to lose. DON'T CRASH DIET! You should lose 2-3 lbs a week to be on the healthy side. Increase your daily activity. Add weights if you work out. Cut back on sweets and empty carbs like white breads and pastas (eat whole wheat instead)

what ever you eat reduce to 75% of that. start brisk walking at least 30 minutes a day. you may not lose much weight but will be on course to losing weight. 1-2 pounds a week is a good idea. More than that is not advisable unless it is under medical supervision.

diets dont do it baby!!!!!!!!!! whats wrong with you people!!!!!
if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.
