Well, its up to you whether you want them to know it or not. Just be careful when it comes to relationship at work. Some companies wont allow it and some can lead to an unhealthy working environment.

I am a firm believer of the following:
You should never fish in the company pond.
If for some reason something happens between the two of you, it could make for a very bad situation at work. If this should happen, then you both could end up not working to your full potential, thus causing more problems.
Not only could it cause problems with your work, but if you and the first person don't work out, and you decide to give the second person a chance, think of what might happen between persons one and two. Also, what about what everyone else in the work area will think? Do you want a reputation at work? Some might say that you are only going out with someone to work your way up the company ladder more quickly.
Please give this some serious thought.

Wait a minute, are you interested in any of them yourself? That is what is important. If you like neither of them, tell them to leave you alone. Its really all up to you, up to your criteria. If you feel like you like one and don't like the other, than you have to tell that person, otherwise, what's the point? You will only cause chaos.

Dating co workers is the worst idea ever. I have lived in that town before and the weather can get soooo cold. IT will always turn out bad, don't tell the girls they will find out for themselves, girls talk.

If you don't like either of them, end of story. Tell them both you're sorry it didn't work out and they'll never know the other one liked you. However, if you like one of them, I suggest saying sorry to the other guy and he might not ever know that you and the other guy are... (dating?) Either way, make sure the other one doesn't know that the other guy liked you, you'll be much better off that way.

Don't tell them, it will only cause conflict. Find out who is better, for example more kinder, smarter, better background, better personality, better education level, better families. Just find out who are you more interested in, more comfortable with, whose more trustworthy. Find out as much you can, then tell the one you won't be with that you've been talking to someone for sometime, and you knew he/she better, and you prefer being just friends. Try to say this (to the person you won't be with) in a polite and courteous manner and tone, so he/she won't be angry or disappointed. Remember it's better to be safe than sorry.

I try to keep my realtionships with coworkers on a "friends only" basis. It works out better that way in the long run. If things dont work i=out for you it is uncomfortable having to face these people daily at work.

No. Let them both fight for your affection. You will find out who really likes you more when one of them finally gives up.
