There's no excuse for a person to have kids if they don't want to anymore. There's too many forms of birth control available to the general public for free. If a man can't think enough to put a condom on (not that he should be sleeping with someone he wouldn't have a kid with anyway) then he should have to pay child support. But of course, the mother is just as much to blame. Birth control is too easy to get.

Yes men should pay child support. There are a lot of unplanned children in this world but they're loved and need support mentally, physically and financially. If you don't want children then abstain or at least use protection. Yes you, don't assume the girl will always be carefull. At least for your piece of mind

Yes, if he is the father he should be held responsible and made to pay support. If he didn't want children there are steps he could have taken before he had sex that would have helped prevent a child being born that he did not want.

Here's a thought....if you don't ever want to have kids, then get yourself fixed! It's cheaper than pying child support in the long run. If it's too late to get fixed, then you are legally and morally obligated to pay child support. Stand up and be a man! (or woman!)

I believe the popular argument to that will be... if they didn't want kids they should not have had sex. And yes they should pay support. They should be just as responsible for this person as the mother. It is not a question of what they want. It is about taking responsibility for your actions and for the life you've helped create.

Not if they give up all there rights. Then they don't have to pay child's support. They want be able to see there kids grow up if they sign all there rights away.

YES, they should pay child support. They made the choice to have sex, so if that results in a baby why should the baby suffer just because the guy wants to be a jerk?!!
