This happens all the time. You see white people commit crimes too. When an officer gives an order and the suspect doesn't comply and he makes a motion perceived as a threat, he could be shot. Get a clue. I don't dislike people due to their race, creed or color, but I do when they are ignorant. Get out of the tunnel and see the whole picture.

Two days ago in St. Louis Mo., i know you want to make it a racial issue but it isn't. Police officers respond according to the perceived threat to themselves or others. If you pull over 20 Black people and 19 of them have firearms and you pull over 20 white people and one of them has a firearm, it does not make a difference what race the officer is they have a pre perceived idea as to what they will find based upon the race of the driver. The case you are afraid to mention was not white officers pulling the triggers!

There was a well publicised case in September, 1999 in London.
Police shot a man coming out of a pub. They had recieved a tip-off the he was carrying a shotgun, but it turned out to be a table leg.
There have probably been more since.
I am puzzled by your question. Why the emphasis on "white"? What's your point. Spell it out.

I don't know. The media only makes a big deal out of it if its a black person. Perhaps its because they are only really interested in stories that will inflame things and create more news.
Perhaps you should take Bill Cosby's advice. He's a very smart man.

If you're a new yorker, just shut up. They're trying to figure out what happened. Not everyone is out to "kill the black man" There're out there to "stop the bad guy"
Training aside, what would YOU do if a car came flying at you? Because I'd shoot at it.

Ignorance is bliss. How do you explain the two black officers and one hispanic officer also involved? Maybe people shouldn't try to run down officers with vehicles.

I was almost shot last time I was "apprehended" (escaped custody), becuase I had a gun and a knife on me. I dropped them quickly and the officer did not shoot. 90% of times it is evaluating level of threat. The police officer was pretty nervous, screamed "drop it degenerate", most likely refering to my alleged violent background.
P.S - Officer = asian, I am white.
