6'2 235 and lean is different than 6'2 235 of fat... I wouldn't say that 235 is way fat, but I think the Ideal weight for someone that height (I'm 6'2 as well) is about 190... although I would look like a rail at 190... I accept 220 as my propper weight... I think it depends on your body type... as long as you're healthy and happy with how you look... who cares?

There are some football tightends and linebackers that are 6'2" and weight 250 lbs. They are probably the healthiest of athletes. So it depends what your fat % is. Ideally for an athlete, it would be around 8-12%. Body builders have it lower, but they are not as healthy.

Not to me, but I don't like "Muscle & Fitness" type guys.

You could lose 20, but at your height that would only take 4-6 weeks if you work at it.

Just cut back a bit, skip the junk and soda or sports drinks. 6'2" burns a lot of calories on its own.

If you have a 'belly' and love handles, then, yes you are.
Hubby is 6' 225 pounds and the life insurance people say he's border line obese. He's got a belly and love handles too. lol
Body mass is important, I think you can find a chart at webmd.com if you'd like to look it up.
It doesn't sound like you're fat to me, heavy and need to drop a few pounds, maybe, but not fat.

6'2 is pretty tall.. I think it depends on if you're stout or flabby. but I dont think that weight is bad for your height..
I'm basing this on guys I've known not on charts.

what's your body fat percentage? Depends how much is "fat" and how much of your weight is muscle! Muscle weighs more than fat.

are you muscular or a couch potato? Don't go by those weight charts, they don't take into consideration your build or muscle mass.
