Real love takes commitment and caring and must be shared. I t sounds like the person is just not interested in you. Don't waste your time trying to get his or her attention. Learn to take care of your own needs and find someone who has some of the same interests you do. Real love can develop from a mutual friendship
and usually lasts longer. Infatuation is temporary.

I would say this is "infactuation" rather than love.
Love is something that is usually reciprocated.
It could even be lust.
Do you really care about this person's needs, desires and wants?
Would you be willing to sacrifice all that you have for that person?
Do you want to see them totally happy? This is love.
It's not about you - it's about them.
If they don't reciprocate your attention, then maybe they are not
really interested or ready for a relationship.
It's ok to be infactuated with someone as this is a part of growing up and all very normal.
As sad and upsetting as it must feel, why not try to make
friendships with as many people as you can and enjoy your life
while you are young.
Chances are you will meet a person whom you like and likes you.
Try not to be too hard on yourself and make them the object of your infactuation.
Once you get to really know them, you may not like them at all.
Best of luck : )
