Jesus is more personal to many than God the Father. I think it stems from him being the Savior, and Lord of our lives. Jesus is God and God died for each of us.
Jesus is called Lord in the Bible and we are directed to serve the Lord. We are also told that what ever we do "do as unto the Lord".
To serve Jesus is to serve God. To worship God is to worship Jesus. Fellowship with the Holy Spirit is fellowship with God. I don't see God as one but as three and I don't have any problem with that.
If I could see you and get to know you personally, I would see your body, your hair, face etc.. but that would not be all of you. To really know someone you have to understand how they think, why they believe what they believe and what their background is but that's still not all of you because you also have a beautiful soul that convicts you and motivates you.
You are not just a body, or a mind or a soul, you are all three, you could not be you without either one, if one part where not there you would not be you. Later if you are a Christian your old body will be replaced but you will still have your soul and a mind renewed in Christ.
Don't fret if someone is serving Jesus, or God or even the Spirit, just serve God in your own special way.
God Bless.

They're actually the same person. Remember Jesus said me and my father are one, so when you speak of Jesus you're speaking of God, and vise versa. But the most important part of the Godhead is that people get save by believing in the name of the man Jesus, we can say the word god all day long and no one will care, but when you say the name Jesus, now we have a problem. No one comes to Jesus unless God draws them, and no one comes to the Father except through me (Jesus) said. As you can see they work together. You can't have one without the other. Let me leave you with this, "Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the Antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.
Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father, the one who confesses the Son has the Father also. As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father (1st John 2:22-24). I hope I helped you and not confused you. Keep serving the Lord and He will reveal His truths to you. I guarantee It!!

The reason is that most people let others do their thinking for them and they do not really look into the Bible and understand what they are reading. The bible does not say that Jesus and God are the same they are the same in purpose I could say that you and I are one but I would mean that we are both human not the same person. The confusion comes in when we think and only listen to others and don't do the research in the Bible.

Jesus is God. That is why he was killed. The religous leaders at His time say that he blasemy by say that He and the Father were one.
As a Christian we believe in the Triuneness of God. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Most people get confused. 1+1+1=3. It does not work like that. Think of it like this 1x1x1=1
The Book of John is a great book to read. If you want a overview...check out the movie that was made about 3 years ago.

Christianity is based on Jesus Christ..hence the name Christianity. Lots of religions believe and worship God...including the Jewish faith. What makes Christianity different is Jesus Christ.

We would love it if you would come worship the true God, Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) with us. Our song book has many more songs to God than to Jesus. We love Jesus and believe that he is truly God's son and the only way to get to be reconsiled to God but we do not elevate him above God. We are Jehovah's Witnesses and we have love amongst ourselves and for all others.

OK, let's start by saying that Jesus Christ is part of the Trinity or God head. You have God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son of God, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ died for our sins, so we revere His sacrifice for us in providing a path wherewith we may have eternal life. God the Father has allowed all of this to transpire and gave His only begotten Son to be offered up for our depravity. When we praise Jesus, we praise God, so we are really not showing a one-sided thankfulness for Jesus Christ. I hope this helps you understand. God bless you.

Jesus is God in human flesh. In him dwelled the fullness of the godhead bodily. When God was on earth, he came by the name Jesus and thats the name given for our salvation.
Consider this....the disciples were told to go and baptise in the name of the Father, Son & Holy Spirit in the book of Matthew.
But when the Holy Spirit came on Pentecost and there were the first candidates for baptism what did it do. It revealed to Peter that the Name of the father, son and holy spirit was Lord Jesus Christ. Check in the book of Acts, no one was ever baptised any other way for father, son or holy spirit is not a name but just mere titles. There are so many fathers and so many sons but Jesus Christ is the name of these three.

Christians believe that God is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the Son. Man was condemned to death because of the Sin Adam and Eve committed when they ate the apple in the Garden of Eden. Jesus came to earth and died on the Cross so that God would forgive us our Sins. If you believe in Jesus God will forgive your Sins and you can go to Heaven and have eternal life. Most Christians can more easily relate to Jesus than the trinity of God, since Jesus had both a human and a spiritual form. Praying to Jesus is Praying to God.
Are you ready?

Because Satan is so clever, he told the preachers Jesus is God, he made Jesus equal to God....what better way to confuse people by making Jesus snatch the glory of God.
but what about Jesus?
Philippians 2:5...Christ Jesus, 6 who, although he was existing in God’s form, gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God. 7 No, but he emptied himself and took a slave’s form and came to be in the likeness of men. 8 More than that, when he found himself in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient as far as death, yes, death on a torture stake. 9 For this very reason also God exalted him to a superior position and kindly gave him the name that is above every [other] name, 10 so that in the name of Jesus every knee should bend of those in heaven and those on earth and those under the ground, 11 and every tongue should openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.
Jesus did not equal himself to his Father.
We should honor Jesus,God said...I dont think JEsus is happy if we worship him instead of his Father.
