I got married at Sol Palemeras in Varadero, Cuba. It was super easy and very cheap. The guests loved it! They handled everything and the wedding was beautiful. The wedding co-ordinator there was Vanentina...she did a wodnerful job! Because we had so many people attend with us, our entire wedding including flight, hotel inclusive, filet mignon meal at wedding, pictures, videographer, champagne toast after wedding, wedding decorations, flowers and invitations was only $200US for my husband and I. Our guests paid $1200 all inclusive for one week. It was the absolute best wedding!

Yes resorts/hotels for good wedding packagre rates I suggest looking at Resorts in Mexico and the Carribbean. The hottest all inclusive luxury resort that has affordable prices is the Royal Hideaway Playcar Resort. http://www.royalhideaway.com/html/weddings.html
For more info read this article from Conde Nast Traveler magazine http://www.concierge.com/cntraveler/articles/detail?articleId=10491

Also the hottest destinations right now in the Caribbean are Anguilla and the Dominican Republic. The Halfmoon resort in Jamaica is beautiful. http://www.halfmoonweddings.com/

You could take a cruise to the Bahamas, get married on the island, and cruise back to the states. There are so many things to do at every port that you stop at. Not to mention the fabulous nightlife on the ships!! This option can be a great money-saver!! You could even stay a week or so back in Miami when you get back! I would be happy to help you if you'd like! My link is below.
