I live in south east texas and this bird keeps me awake ALL NIGHT it makes this wierd clicking sound almost like someone typing on a keyboard, two coffee mugs being hitting...but MUCH LOUDER. What bird is making this awful noise?

I bet it's a Great-tailed Grackle. They can make all kinds of noises.

Could it be a Raven? They do make some unusual noises with their bills...clicking, grinding, etc.
