Is it true for everyone that if a guy really did like you he would have asked you out already and if he doesn't ask you out, than most likely he doesn't like you? Guys or girls can answer.

I would ask him if he would like to get together some time and have a cup of coffee or something .
If he excepts then you know a little bit more where you stand .

No, there're lots and lots of possibilies of a guy who really likes you and has NOT asked you out. For instance, if he's a shy type, I bet you'd better take the bull by the horns and do the asking out. Both of you'll be happier to reap the reward afterwards. Cheers!
