I have 4 entries that push out way too much noise into the seating area. I have tried many things and at my wit's end.

If there is room, erect a floor-to-ceiling wall about five feet wide and five feet in front of the kitchen entrance. Leave the ends open to allow servers free passage. Cover the side toward the kitchen entry with a sound-absorbing material like carpet or acoustic tile. The wall is not load-bearing so it can be inexpensively constructed.
