I am a 24 year old young woman; married and have a one year old child. My opinion of a mature person is someone who has experienced good and bad things in life and someone who can learn from their mistakes. A mature person accepts people for who they are instead of trying to make them into who they want them to be. A mature person admits to their mistakes and tries to right their wrongs. A mature person can be any age, any race, any gender, any nationality. A mature person accepts life on life's terms and deals with the good and the bad without getting bent out of shape. I hope this helps.

Age makes no difference in regards to how mature a person is. Usually when referring to someone's maturity level they are comparing the person's age to the way they act. Therefore, a 16 y/o boy will be in school and interested in partying and girls, a 35 y/o will be working and interested in things like the stock market and family. Oh, and women...They never go out of style.

I'm 16 years now, and I have a girlfriend. in my opinion, being mature is to make sensible decisions, to be calm in any circumstances, to care for your deeds and sayings, and also to think for everyone not just for only you
