My sins will find me? What exactly does that mean? A sin is a negative action against God am I right? So my own actions will find me? I don't get it?
Do you mean that I will receive penance for my own actions? I reap what I sew? I know that, and I do deal with things when that happens. I just don't get the point in this question.
It's basically asking "Do you take responsibility for you own actions?" but throwing a religious edge on it. My answer to that would be "Yes, I do take responsibility for my own actions, I don't point fingers at other people to try to get out of it. I know that I make mistakes as I am only human. Have you ever heard the phrase 'To err is human?'"

It all depends upon when that happens. If it happens in this life then you will either feel the weight of conviction and your need for a Savior and turn to Jesus Christ for salvation or you will become angry and more rebellious and continue to try and work things out on your own.
If it happens after you die then it means that you never accepted the gracious gift of God who sent his dear Son to save you from your sins and you will be on your way to the Lake of Fire for all eternity.
Revelation 20:11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done. 13 And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done. 14 Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. 15 And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
Hebrews 10:10 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. 11 And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. 14 For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
