SE Asia is extremely cheap once you're there. You may be able to find a cheap flight now, but cheap means like $900 from most places in the states unless you can find an airline that is opening a new route and offering a deal.
You can find some European deals. It's cheaper to find flights to places people don't want to visit in the winter and then take a train to ski or what not.

Cost of going versus Cost of living. Say you go for two weeks,
Total costs for flights, accommodation, meals = £75 + 14 X £25 + 14 X £15 = £635. + £200 for addittional expenses. = £835.
I would call i a round £1000 just to be sure.
If you can travel witin 1 to 2 weeks "Off Peak" you can get a cancellation booking from the Travel Agencies to destinations such as U.S.A. Spain, The Greek Islands for about £250/£350 full board. Leaving you with about £750/£650 for additionals. All all depends on when you want to travel.

well I guess that would depend on where you live. I would do a search for resorts with a perimeter that is of an acceptable driving distance, that's if you want to stay close by. The other thing I would do is figure out how you want to spend the holiday (like someplace warm or someplace where you can ski) then I would search travel arrangements to get there and go with the least expensive travel arrangements. I hope I was helpful

You say you've been all over England. What about Scotland or Wales? An advance train ticket or a coach ticket is cheap and the cities of Cardiff, Edinburgh and Glasgow have fantastic shops, nightlife, culture, etc plus surrounded by spectacular countryside.

I wash actually checking into going to the UK around the Holidays and was able to find some 4-5 night packages on Travelocity.com for anywhere from $600-1200+, including airfare, hotel all taxes; try a reverse search and try New York City around the holidays! It's beautiful and a blast!

Why not discover Namibia in Africa? It has so many "faces". You will never be sorry. If you are in any way interested in hunting, look at www.kalahari-trophy-hunting.com for info about the Kalahari Desert, visiting a Bushmen village and interesting facts about the Kalahari animals. Try Namibia and the Kalahari Desert!

Depends what you are looking for. If you want to go now will cost a lot if you are after somewhere hot. If you are not fussed about weather go to Bulgaria cheap to get to and cheap when you are there.

It depends what you're looking for. If you want a beach holiday, the Greek islands are fabulous. If you want some history and beautiful sights and art then Rome is amazing. You can get there on a budget airline, but it's quite pricy when you get there.
