Are guys having problem with contacts and communication. My boyfriend is offline for a week now and he usually does that. Sometimes he will send me e-mails everyday and after two weeks he stops for a week. I need to talk with him everytime. Funny enough he also does that for his family. Do you experience the same thing or do you know the name of this disease.

There are two names for this disease

1) He's just not that in to you

2) You are his bit on the side.

So many things are happening here.
Its not a behavior or disease it is however an action.
A true and deliberate action on his part.

I would question him. If you do not get the answer that suits you than the reality maybe this is not the right person for you. OR that your needs for constant communication is an issue to be addressed by considering "why" you need to talk so much.

I however believe that more than an hour on the computer each day outside of work is a serious waste of time and it is not acceptable in my household. The same with TV or games.

Time with my family is more important. So maybe that's why its only with family. Its a respect thing or its the house laws like my home! That applies to all members of my home.

Yeah, the disease is called "he's being smothered and wants some alone time." Geez, leave the guy alone. Obviously, if he goes offline for a while, he's not being subtle in his point which is he doesn't wanna talk to anybody. You're probably bugging him. Take the hint.

Yes, it is the disease called being male. Guys run hot and cold and they don't need constant reassurance and communication like we females do. The sooner you understand this fact, the better off you will be.
