I need to get a federal pardon but I owe money such as fines but cant afford to paythem...?

Is there any programs that will help to cancel fines or pay them here in Canada/ Ontario

Pardons are for when they find you didn't commit the crime after all. If that is your case, then the fines/costs would be cancelled anyway. Contact your attorney. You will need him/her for the pardon process anyway. Ask them about your fines. They'll know--you aren't the only person to have this situation.
