Sounds about right to me. Obviously they were very busy or else they would have charged both of them. The amount of paperwork they have to complete is unbelievable. Believe me I've been there. By the way loved the joke ! !

I'm thinking the one that got off was the one eating fireworks, unless they are illegal to own in your state. I would think the kid got one hell of a stomach ache and thats about all. The battery acid could be another story, it could be viewed as attempted suicide, which is illlegal. Am I right? Without knowing what the police report says and all the circumstances, it's hard to tell. But obviously, both of them should be locked up for being very very stupid. To bad thats not a crime, a lot of people posting on Yahoo Answers would go to jail with some of the questions they ask. Not this one though, I like this one. Jokes on You!

I think this should have been categorized in jokes and riddles. Did the automatic sort for category suggest this? That is an obvious flaw in the program, I suppose: no sense of "humor."
