I lift weights 30-1hour a day and my food intake besides my compulsion with fatty foods with my snacks for the past couple of days involves something like this...

Snack--- blueberries,water, 1special k bar(they are good!)

Remember this is just an example of what I might eat. I don't ovisally eat them every single day. So a lot of times i'll have greenbeans instead of corn or carrots.

couldn't tell you why the change, but be prepared for it to be permanent. you may need to just start telling yourself "no" if you don't want to end up like your folks.

diet looks great though... replace that beef with other meat... you don't want to be eating beef very often. You are slightly carb-heavy (the chocolate milks tip the scale) but that's fine if you are generally active. (the more sweets you eat, the more cravings you'll get, in general)

try a multivitamin with the meal previous to your workout. also do a shot of olive oil every now and then, or take fish oil.

I once read that if you crave sweets, your bowel yeast (candida albicens) is overgrowing.

p.s. Renate is right, where are your leafy greens? Mass-consume spinach and have some broccoli with your green beans.

Where are the vegetables in your diet? This is not a good diet

Corn and carrots are okay but what about green vegetables.

You are not getting the right nutrients

Teddy Grahams are not nutritious

Nuts are full of B vitamins which you see to be lacking

Chocolate is a woman thing

You eat too much cereal and crabs and not enough veg and meat (white meat chicken)

Food cravings are supposed to be the body's way of telling you that there's something your body needs that it isn't getting. I'm not savvy enough to know what you're missing, but maybe a good multivitamin or some mineral supplements are what you need.

(I'm a diabetic so I know a lot about food cravings, it's my least favorite symptom. Well, after dying from it that is.)

Get one of the books Dr. Weil wrote on diet and vitamins, they seem pretty comprehensive. I'm just beginning one of his programs: 8 Weeks to Optimum Health by Andrew Weil M.D.

Good luck!

Your diet is horrible for a healthy 16 year old. Eat those egg yolks, bacon, sausage, sweets, enjoy life. These diets are nonsense. Eggs have been cleared to eat for years. Your cravings are normal, because you need and miss those things. Where did a girl your age get started on this nonsense. Have bacon and eggs, toast of waffle with butter and syrup for breakfast tomorrow.
