I do. The right thing isn't always the easy thing. Sometimes that's how you know it's the right thing.

I do. Oftentimes, the things we actually want to do are not necessarily the right thing do do.

We are torn between the call of the flesh and the call to do the right thing.

Common example:

Having a relationship with a married person and deceiving oneself into thinking that what they have is true love.

From the beginning, the two individuals involved already know that what they're doing is downright wrong.

Then one day, the other person will finally decide to call it over. Yes, it will cause him/her hurt, but it is something that is needed to be done because it is RIGHT.

And ultimately, the pain that the parting has caused will be healed by time.

Doing the right thing is rarely easy but it is the best thing you can do. Doing right by others will help you to be a more loving, understanding person. Always being honest is difficult but the truth always comes out so tell the truth instead of lying, this will cause less pain.

What is most important is to treat others as you would have them treat you. This goes for everyone you encounter. From rich to poor, black to white, intelligent to handicapped. If you treat them with the respect and love and kindness that you want to be treated with then you will find your life a little easier and that you will learn from these people. Everyone has something they can teach you, you just have to be willing to learn.

i agree..........like for examples if you saw your friend doing drugs then you would have to try to stop him and if he doesnt listen to you then you will have to tell his parents or someone . this may even mean losing your friend but what you are doing is going to save his life !
it hurts to lose a friend and it hurts more to lose a friend who is in trouble and wont take your help.
but in the end it is the right thing to do.

Sometimes. My mum told me I should always be honest. I've learnt that honesty doesn't always pay though! Sometimes it is better to keep your mouth shut and say nothing at all!!
