It could be the way you are sitting in your chair. You may be slouching and not even know it. try sitting with your shoulders back and sitting up straingt. It also may be tension too. Try doing some stretching exercises during the day. If you need to, get up and move around for a few minutes at a time. This may help with the pain.

This is not an unusual problem for someone sitting at a computer all day.. The tendency to slouch is ever present.. What you describe is over worked muscles, attempting to keep your head held up. If you take a minute a couple times each hour, reverse your position and get a good stretching of those muscles.

It may be tension. Try stretching exercises for your neck and shoulders you can so them while your working. you should stretch at least every half hour to avoid muscle stiffness especially if your sitting in the same position for a long time. When at home apply moist heat to loosen the muscles. If this doesn't help in a couple of days go see a doctor. You may need more aggressive treatment.

Its definately related to your work. you have to do some exercise and also visit an ortho who can specify some exercises after examining you. In this condition you should not be sitting in one position for not more than 30 minutes if you are working on computers. This will be rectified with proper exercises, dont worry.

Sounds like a tension headache. It starts down in the shoulders and goes up. A good massage would be helpful.

It is cervical spondylosis.Just go to a physiotherapist and get SWD, ultra sound treatment for that. If it is acute you may have to get traction. Total: 7-10 sittings and you are OK.
