I have had this problem for about 4 years now, but i never say anything because i thought i was just out of shape. But it is starting to get worse. After just one day of working, when i get home, i have a very hard time standing up or even walking because my legs, back, feet, etc hurt so much. What another person can do in 1 week to have sore muscles only takes 1 day for me. Getting up in the morning is almost crippling to me becausei hurt so much, i have to walk on my tip-toes and crouched over. Its getting worse each year. I take vitamins everyday, and eat healthy, and get plenty of exercise. I dont understand why my muscles are so sensitive and they hurt even if i just go to the store for a few hours. Its interfering with my life, and making me really tired as well. All i want to do is sleep because it hurts to do anything else. Someone poked my arm the other day, and it realy really hurt, and they thought i weas just kidding. It left a bruise too, and the person barely touched me.

I have had the same experience, when your body is not used to using certain muscles they become weak so when you use them your body is like wow we haven't used these muscles in a long time and you get sore easily. Think of when you are sitting for a long time and you get up its hard because you haven't used your muscles. The best way to not feel that way is to exercise daily making your muscles used to being used.

You should definitely see a doctor, You have many symptoms of fibromyalgia. The bruising is concerning though, that is not a symptom of fibro. You shouldn't wait any longer something is definitely wrong and depending on what it is by waiting there may be irreversible damage being done.

This just doesn't sound right. Sweetie, you are so busy taking care of everyone else, that you are neglecting your own health. Please call your family physician and schedule an appointment. He/She will most likely want to do a Complete Blood Count to rule out any illness. Good luck, hon.

Probably need to be evaluated by a doctor. There are many conditions that could cause that. The sooner you find out, the better it will be.
