You have to really relax , the less tense you are the easier it will be. Try just kind of cuddling and kissing until you feel lovely and relaxed and calm. Or maybe he could give you a nice relaxing sensual massage
If your are nervous and just kind of rush into it then it will probably hurt and leave you sore and disappointed. He must realise that he has to take his time and not expect that you will be turned on without a bit of effort!

If you have never had sex before there may be a little bit of pain or there may not be. For some women there is no pain. Also everday sports can break the hyman before any sexual penatration. The best advice is to tell him to take it slowly and make sure that you completely ready before hand.

Firstly, make sure you're absolutely ready to take this big step!! I was ready after my hunnie and I were together for over a year, mostly because i was a bit scared...but when you're absolutely ready you're not scared anymore. It's not something you wanna rush if you feel you're not ready because the first time is really special. Being close to your partner helps alot....The first time I remember him being more nervous about my pain!! lol....He was gentle and very caring....yes it does hurt a little...but dont worry about it....it's really spectacular afterwards.

It hurts pretty bad, but it's only for a little bit. It'll be worth it in the end, it's going to have to happen sometime, right? So get the pain over with, and then have some fun.

i'm afraid it is true sweetie.... It does hurt but it's not as bad as people have made you believe it is.
It's just like a burning sensation and then it's over, you will bleed a bit but that's to be expected.... Every girl is scared when it's her first time and i'm glad to hear you have thought it through and waited till you were both compfortably ready... so in answer to your question it does hurt a bit it's just that burning sensation i mentioned.
Good luck and make sure your first sexual experience is special and a rememberal romantic one. and do remember to use protection won't you.
take care babes. xo

6 months? jeez! your lucky, even though my boyfriend said he'd wait until i was ready, in a heat of the moment thing, it happened after just 2 weeks! wait until you are both ready. the pain can be bad but it is just for a second or two... if it hurt your friends really bad right through, they were doing it wrong! lol

plenty of lube will prevent it from hurting too much, but yes it will hurt if it's the first time, take it slow to ease the pain, some people don't feel he pain on the first time, just take it easy and enjoy..good luck
