The first Answerer raises a good question. Any advice depends on the answer to that question. Having said that, deportation is a serious matter. Did you have an attorney during the deportation proceedings. You have to ask the attorney why and also see if he/she can hellp you get him back in. Frankly, it will not be easy. Deportation after being here legally is usually as a result of a crime.

It depends on why he was deported. If he was legal to live and work here, and committed a crime other than an immigration one(and if he is not a citizen of the U.S, he legally can be deported if he does something wrong), you could have some problems and you should see a lawyer. You can be considered the sponsor for your husband.

If he was here legally and not doing anything wrong, he wouldn't have been deported. If you are an American citizen, you can apply for him to join you, but if he commited some crime while here, you may not be granted a visa. Contact the Immigration Service for the information you need.

Hello, I don't understand why was your husband deported. If he is married to you he can;t be deported. Did you married in the US? or in Mexico. If you married in Mexico, then you have to go to the American Embassy to make your marriage legal in the US.
Now if you married in the US.and his green card expire then all you have to do is go to the Immigration Office, and renew his green card. I know that if he is married to you he can't be deported. You should get a Lawyer to help you with your case. That's no right! Good Luck.
