it happened to me,,,first i was on my knees,,i took couple of deep breaths,,,then i hold the last breath,,and stand up,,my friend came and held my chest hard,, my vision went blurry,,and i blacked out,,then i woke up cuz they were slapping me,,but i didnt knoew wher i was 4 couple of seconds,,then i realized everything,,,i felt as if i was sleeping for hours,,i even dreamt,,but the whole thing was around 5 seconds,,

First of all I suggest you don't try this again either to yourself or others. You experienced a sudden loss of blood pressure. This is a bit dangerous considering that it could stop the blood flow to your brain for seconds. There are many things you can do in order to have fun, don't play with your body that way cause in case you have a problem with your heart for instance it could be fatal.

This happens cause after you hyperventilate ( take deep breaths ) and then stand up suddenly - the blood supply to the brain is disrupted for a few seconds.This may lead to a faint.
I dont know why anyone would do it for fun or MAKE someone do it !!

They have had stories about this stupid passing out game on Dateline, many kids have died. Keep doing it and you can end up on Dateline too. Use your head.

You can cause serious damage to your body or even die. You need to stop doing that type of stuff.

youre shutting your oxygen supply to your brain and all other vital organs. youre playing with death. tell your so called friend to kill someone else.
