If the 'Christian' God is not the God who created the Heavens, the Earth and all the inhabitants within it,
then I dont know who you people are praying to.
The christians in Egypt call God Allah
and they are just like you-- following the Bible
so Christians in America must be pretty brainless
to what the rest of the world calls the same God which is in their bible, Same God, differant language.

It makes no difference, the same thing happens with or without prayer. Prayer is religion salesmanship. They sell hope, false hope. Did praying to Allah make any difference to the 300,000 Indonesian people (mostly Muslim) who were killed by the 2004 Tsunami? Absolutely not. A person can pray until their face turns blue and the same thing happens. Those who pray don't live longer, healthier lives, don't get better jobs, don't avoid accidents, don't win the State Lottery any more often than non-prayers. It makes absolutely no difference. Religion can talk about the power of prayer but they never talk about prayer failure. Muslims can stop praying all together and nothing catastrophic Will happen to them. Their homes won't colapse, they won't all of a sudden come down with mysterious diseases. No religion can prove that heaven or paradise exists, none of them. The global religions sell hope for $3 billion a year in donations. It's a very lucrative business. And lots of people but their product with no questions asked (what a business). You would be supprised at how many people of all faiths don't pray at all. They have learned that it's BS.

By definition, Christians would NOT call "Their" god "Allah", but just "God" or "The Lord" or "Jesus", though many would accept the idea that Muslims believe in the same god they do.
As for praying, it really depends on the branch of Christianity and the person. Some sects promote prayer every day, sometimes throughout the day. Some (particularly Catholics) pray mostly at Mass on Sunday or Friday before and after confession.
Others, like my Congregationalist friend, said they only really go to church twice a year: once on Easter, to show off their new outfits and the Sunday BEFORE Easter, so people won't think they're showing off!
Then there are people like monks and some nuns, who pray all day! And there are people who consider themselves Christian but either forget to pray or don't consider it necessary.

Allah is simply the word "God" in Arabic. I don't know what's so difficult about that. Oh well...
I know my parents are devout (well ya gotta be if you're a pastor hehe!) and they say a prayer before and after each and every meal, read devotions that contain a prayer, and pray each night. Who knows...they probably pray throughout the day too since Christian pray very informally.

The New Testament indicates that through Jesus Christians have an immediate and direct link of communication with God. Some pray only in church others would claim to be in prayer every moment of the day, as Protestants typically have no specific prescription for the content or length of prayers.

Christians are not tied down by regimented prayer and have the God given right to pray as they can and not when they are made to, allah is not the God of Christians, but the Moon idol of Islam.

Christians do not pray to allah at all. They pray to God. And it varies on the individual. I pray many times during a day and do not count the times. it simply depends on the day...somedays my blessings are so great I pray more often to thank him. On a normal day I would say I talk to him more than 5 times.

Christians pray to God whenever they feel led to. They are not under a yoke to pray a certain number of times a day or week. twice a day, ten times or a hundred times all to my God is all good

Most Christians believe that Allah is not their God, also the majority do not pray very often. I would think devouts would pray at least once a day, probably before bed.
