You are probably both but have a low self esteem. If you are a girl, you can try to wear a little make-up and fix your hair nice and wear stylish clothes, If you are a guy then you could do the hair and clothes - forget the makeup.lol. Study hard to get smart and watch the Discovery channel and A&E. Everyone is smart when it comes to a subject that they are familiar with. I learned alot of my vocabulary by doing crossword puzzles (that was after I graduated). They give you a challenge to complete the puzzle instead of just having to memorize things for a test and the knowledge will stay with you. Don't ever say you are not smart or attractive because you are both and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I have a low self-esteem myself but I know one thing, with age and experience comes wisdom.

You can become smart and attractive by not seeming desperate and needy from asking this question. Or you can just start by having full confidence in yourself, and not giving a what about what everyone else says about you, that's what I do for a living lol. But, in order to become smart, you can start by improving your vocabulary, reading the news, talking to the neighbors about their day lives. A person gains new knowledge each and everyday, even if they dont realize that they do. You do not have to be so determined in the area of becoming an intellectual; even the little things that we learn are counted as a great journey.

The first and most necessary thing is ----- STOP asking such questions publically. You yourself are telling ppl that you are neither attractive nor smart !!
Second thing you just need CONFIDENCE. It make all the things happen.....
If you find it much more neccesary you can join the courses of Personality development. You can also get hepl from your close friends they can suggest you where you are wrong. Then try to do those things in a better way that you presently do in a weird style.... Take help from good, caring frnds.

Attractive if some futures are there ..get a make over ..
new hair do ..and plenty mascara..(makeup)..
Smart..get what you can out of the man you are dating ..and soon as you can ..because .they will see pretty quick what's under that makeup you will be waring

pay attion in school, stuff , shave and makeup. And diamonds. Jk.
If you want to be smart,maybe pay attion in one class more than you usally do.Take notes.then, slowly work your way up to all the classes. And if you think you have a stupid question, wait till after class to ask him/her. To be prettyer maybe find some new make up or something. Idk what to give you for that.
