Can you guess how many pounds one of the world's fattest men just lost?

This really happened. I saw it on the Insider. He isn't having serjury or anything. He is just working out and eating healthy.

Yeah, he lost like 750 pounds of something like that. But I thought he had gastro-surgery, but it didn't take? Or am I thinking of another fat guy?

Either way, my guess is 750 pounds.
