If there is something with partial or full online classes that would be great, but if there is a campus or center that would be good as well. Thank you!

If I were looking to get into training I would latch on to someone I admire who teaches at the place where I train my dogs. NOT a clueless furbaby trainer like they have at Petsmart, but one at a real training school where the people trial their dogs. A good mentor can be a great help!

If you are not working your own dogs at such a place, then that is where you should start.

Certificates from some group or other mean nothing and most serious trainers wouldn't bother with such a thing. What DOES matter is years of experience working with different kinds of dogs.

If you're near Columbus National K-9 offers a 3 week and a 6 week course for trainers. Here's there website for more information http://www.nk9.com/

Animal Behavior College offers online courses. But you will need to find a trainer to work with. And I believe some shelter volunteering is also required to graduate. Here is there website. http://animalbehaviorcollege.com

I know there is more, but I think those are your two best bets for reliable classes.
