Well diet is specific to what you eat. So I would say that no exercise is not needed to have a healthy diet. But if what your really asking is: Is exercise needed in order to be healthy or can this be achieved by just eating right? Then yes exercise is needed. Diet would only be half of the equation and you need to suplement it with at a minimum a light amount of cardio type exercise.

Exercise and a healthy diet are both needed to have a healthy body. You can get each separately and each will have benefits, but the total picture is improved by combining both exercise and diet.

it's called exercise...oh wait..that's not a pill..that's you putting down the Little Debbies, getting off the couch and waddling around the block a few times....even if you find some magical pill the weight is just going to come right back...

without exercise your doomed....

fat people are not people that have a problem with food

fat people are people that are LAZY.

people require 60-90 minutes a day of exercise.

Pills...herbs? What a joke.

not for the diet
exercise is need to keep a healthy body. exercise keeps you body in shape and help keep the stress at bay.
when you exercise,
your lungs work harder
your heart beats faster
your blood pumps

this helps
lower cholesterol
helps lower blood pressure
helps keep diabetes in check
keeps your muscles trim not flabby
helps your diet by burning calories

helps you live longer
