So what does that look like....what kind of freedom does that bring to your soul...why do we hold on to heavy burdens when some we could just let go of (some burdens we can't but others we can)...?
What did it feel like to you when you finally let go of a huge burden?

She...I know it seems doubtfull something could be dropped in a short week...but when you look at it from my perspective...the burden has been there since July of 2005...that is a long time and I am tired of carrying that...;-)

ask yourself how you feel...and you will know....if you have managed to let your burden go yet...which i truly doubt...these things take time...although its nice to see you back and see you a little chirpier...;0)

I know how you feel...My burden has been there since 11/30/01 and probably a little before...sad but true...but things like these take time to eliminate and you have to just lighten the burden as much as you can until one day you realize that it's no longer there...

depends upon what the burden is. sometimes it is a feeling of great relief right away and at other times the giving up one may experience a period of sadness at first, which a person must work through before the feeling of relief sets in.

definite, that and discomfort and regrets too. certainly...if i'm no longer likely to get a do-over out of life at this previous due degree, a minimum of permit me have some potential returned so i will stay on an analogous time as I nonetheless can, you be responsive to? it quite is how i think proper now, have felt for a while. It feels wonderful, freeing, uplifting. I have done this only recently and I feel like a new person.
