You should be able to use some type of plastic or nylon for your parts. Check the compatibility of these materials on line by searching on "plastics", "nylon" and "acid resistant".

There are metals that will work too, but this gets to be expensive and is usually only done for elevated temperatures in addition to the acid reistance requirement.

Any manufacturer of pumps should also supply material compatibility data or charts - that generally includes metals as well as non metals and relative use or application data in terms of temperature and concentration ( aerated or non-aerated process etc. ).
