This hot girl kept trying to flirt with me because i am good looking and rich. I kept rejecting her (i dont know why but i just did) even though she is smoking hot and nice. Anyways, i wouldnt give her the time of day and she turned bitter towards me and wouldnt even give me eye contact. One day i told said to her "i like your hair" and she paused for a few seconds and then she whispered under her breath "thanks". She didnt really know what to say and this came as a surprise to her. I really like this girl now (we're both in college) and i havent kept contact with her but i wanna get in touch with her? Is it too late that i rejected her before or should i just go for it?

Being good looking and rich certainly would make a person more attractive to the opposite gender, but it sounds as if this young lady generally likes you. The best thing for you to do in this situation is to ask her to coffee for a study date and see how things go. Watch her body language. If she looks you in the eyes, blushes when you compliment her, and touches you a lot, she likes you. If she avoids eye contact and seems uninterested, then move on.
