Their minds are polluted with logic and rational thought. Thus when our Holy Father removes a mustard stain from their shirt or makes a traffic light turned green quicker they don't appreciate his miracles.

No. At least they have an excuse...they're Atheists. It's we Christians and other believers who are often ungrateful.
It's obvious that we are...or else why would we offend God (a.k.a. "sin") on a regular basis. Sinning is being ungrateful, isn't it?
