Usually recipes call for using a different size pan than the one you're using. But you can still do it! Just keep a good eye on them while baking. If your recipe calls for using a 9X9 pan, and you have a 6X6 just start testing for doneness 15 min. before the recipe says it would perhaps be done. Put a toothpick in and if it comes out clean, they are done. Some brownies crack a little on top so that should provide a clue to doneness also. Sometimes it can be helpful to invest in a few pans that are used frequently in baking and cooking. Takes the guesswork out of it! I didn't have a lot of $$ so I went to Goodwill and thrift stores to purchase them.

i think you can start with 40mins...
But remember to start with bottom heat then when the batter rised...or around 25mins then change to top heat, do turn the pan
when time is up do use a satay stick to test if the brownies is cooked...remember to poke at the centre....
if it's not cook...then add 10mins at a time and test again...
cos different pan or cake needs different baking time...so you have to try and find out the best time...
if the top then cooked you can change to middle heat to keep the baking and not burn the top

Put it in the oven, check every five minutes after 25 minutes.
