Go through a month or two of training mostly safety and policies, Know the FAA regulations, learn to fight fires on the plane, how to deal with emergencies, ie: learn evacuations, learn how to use medical equipment, learn for each plane where the medical equipment is and how to use it, learn how to evacuate a plane, deal with terriorists, bombs, and people who insist on bringing huge bags on the plane.

These days, you don't have to be at least 5 ft tall and there is no weight or age restriction.

You have to be in good shape to walk the terminials and go through immigration. Long and fast walks. You learn on the job also.

Oh yes, you learn about 1 hour how to use the galley carts and serve people.

You become FAA regulated. This means if you don't follow the rules, not only does the airline get fined, but you also do.

Good Luck
