If your young and slender, up. Show of your neck line and cleavage, when you return to work watch for the pay raises and promotions. If, your heavy, wear it down, dress professional, and stroll the room with confidence talking to the bosses but when I say talking I mean listening, you will be thought of as a team player, pay raise might happen and promotion might happen but probably not both.
