If your skin feels dry after cleansing then I suggest you switch to a more milder cleanser. You can put the oil in but I think the natural oils that come out from your skin are much better than anything and your cleasner is taking off too much.

be careful with oil because it may block your pores. I recommend thorough cleansing prior application and just pat it lightly all over your face, dont rub. It all depends on your skin.
