Based on your fuel economy, YES it is.

You did not include the name of the car (vehicle). If you are asking my impression, that's look like a family size car (like the Honda Accord 4 cylinder). Maybe a 2WD Honda CRV. Usually that is the average fuel economy of an American Car, or a small SUV with a 4 cylinder engine (which in my opinion doesn't go as high as 30 mpg on the highway).

It's about average for an American car with 6 cylinders.
Many cars are much better, but of course the drawback is the less powerful engine.

Sounds like good milage,My truck gets about 12 city and about 15 highway.

sounds pretty good, as far as mpg. You could just check, say, kbb.com or msn.com/auto, to see what any car made gets for gas mileage.

a bike will give you hundreds of miles to the gallon af water and also gets you in shape.
