correct writing should be "auguri e molti baci" .
Here if in Italy the expression "auguri e tanti baci" is more popular than "auguri e molti baci".
However both sentences in English have the same meaning : "(best) wishes and many kisses".

I don't know if there are many Italians here in this section, but just in case there aren't, it means "goodbye, many kisses" basically.
