www.petdiets.com is a good place to start, I have some on file at work but I don't have access to them at the moment. Clear any recipe you find with the vet, to make sure it's balanced. You will probably need a vitamin supplement for your dog too, some recipes will have you add the vitamins into the recipe or give on the side. I personally don't like the BARF diet (raw food diet) because of the risk of parasites and foodborne illnesses, but cooked homemade food can be fine.

Okay, the unsweetened chocolate portion of your recipe is totally ridiculous. You love your canine companion, don't you? So why not treat him to a few bars of the fully sweetened stuff? Oh, and make sure you keep the cubed chicken at room temperature a few days before serving, so that it releases those essential enzymes that should be a part of every healthy dog's diet!

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/crAOY
If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.
It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

I TRY TO USE ONE ITEM EACH OF MEAT, GRAINS-BREADS, DAIRY, AND FRUITS-VEGETABLES. FOR EXAMPLE - THE BEST RECIPE I HAVE THAT WORKS BEST WITH MY DOG'S SENSITIVE STOMACH IS : EQUAL PARTS OF BEEF (OR CHICKEN) , COOKED RICE, AND CARROTS AND POTATOES (MIX HALF CARROTS AND HALF POTATOES AS ONE FULL VEGETABLE PORTION- NOT ONE FULL PORTION OF EACH ONE) THEN I COOK THEM ALL TOGETHER IN MY SLOW-COOKER. I MIX IN SOME COTTAGE CHEESE ONCE A DAY FOR DAIRY.- AND I LIKE TO PUT SOME SUPPLEMENTS IN FOR EXTRA VITAMINS. I HAVE FOUND MANY GOOD RECIPES ON LINE AND ALSO MANY RECIPES FOR HOMEMADE DOG BISCUITS

Yeah, leftovers. But it should contain a balance diet, meaning it has to have meat like beef or chicken or pork or even fish put something to make it a bit tasty esp if your dog is finicky. But avoid onions and garlic because it can cause some problems on the red blood cells. Then you can add rice. You can add some sauteed vegetables. So it can be a combination of rice, cooked meat (cut or minch) and some vegtable to make the food balance. Remove the bones because it can cause some problems. Sometimes it is just common sense. What is tasty to you is tasty to your dog. But there are just some human food which are not good for dogs like chocolate, too much sweets, or onions. Avoid too much vegetable because dogs are by nature carnivores so they need more meat than vegetables. Milk is okay if your dog does not have diarrhea (milk intolerance) when taking it. But some dogs do, so for this case it is better to avoid it
