This is directed towards the "men" on this site who argue politics back and forth all day trying to convince us that Bush is doing the right thing and the war in Iraq is necessary. (You know who you are)
Why don't you enlist? If you love your Country and praise Bush you should be fighting for him and what you believe in so strongly.
Years from now you can either tell your kids you fought for something you believed in or sat behind a computer in the safety of your homes and bashed other people's opinions on Yahoo Answers.

Don't jump to conclusions and ASSUME I'm bashing Bush because I'm not...I asked a simple question...why are you NOT in Iraq fighting terrorism to protect your country?

That's an excellent question.
I have no doubt that Bush really is a coward, and he doesn't have that "leadership" in him such that he would be the US president.
I would also assume that pro Bush people are also cowards in a way. I don't think they actually understand the dangerous political and military forces that are currently evolving in the Middle East.

No. HIV cases in the Philippines is already in the alarming level early on yet because the Philippines authorities of reassuring the conventional public that each and every thing is less than administration, the conventional public do not supply a lot interest of any record about HIV in the Philippines. the similar old idea that if it doesn't harm me it does no longer issue me, it really is a Filipino philosophy that is stated from time to time. i'll in straight forward words pay interest to record if i'm hit through HIV, the similar old pinoy language. i do no longer believe the media is starting to be a pandemonium of a few kind in the Philippines broadcasting market of information that exaggerate the HIV project. it really is like the monster is already contained in the abode, what better alarm do you imagine you want to alert easily everyone to be better careful? i imagine you're top that Philippines media might want to be the right device to education guide, tell and grant better expertise of those dreadful disease.

A lot of Bush supporters ARE over there fighting. I'm Army, and my unit is there now. The only reason I am not there fighting w/them is because I'm 6 months pregnant. After my convalescent leave, I go too. AND NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME. Most of them are not there for the first time either. And if you asked most of them if we should pull out of Iraq they would tell you what a big mistake it would be, even though it means they themselves will more than likely have to go back AGAIN. A lot of Bush supporters KNOW what would happen if we left b/c they're OVER THERE looking at what you catch glimpses of on the news and claim to know EVERYTHING about. People like you guys piss soldiers (at least THIS soldier) the hell off.

Some of these guys are either physically or mentally unfit or retired. I would think an able bodied Yahoo Answers patriot would be too busy to more than occaisionally cheerlead for Bush's war.

Perhaps because I served for 28 years (1975 - 2003) in the military, and have been mandatorily retired, as I am no longer a young man.
How about you? What have you done for your country today?

Amen for that. So many times people have a go at me for my views on America and its involvement with Iraq and tell me to go and fight instead of being against the war. But they are quite happy to sit their in their cosy environment throwing orders from their ivory tower. At least i have a brain and made a concious decision to object to the war. What is their excuse?

AH Canadians, the world's bystanders.
I'm afraid that I'm a bit too old, but my eldest grandson is a PFC in the United States Marine Corps and he's out there defending Democracy so that imbeciles can have the right to say what they want.

I support President Bush and guess what, I did enlist. Proudly serving the worlds best Navy.
I find it funny that people give me a thumbs down for serving my country and being proud of it.

Simple.....I did. Now you want to talk? I also engaged in 6 other "conflicts". Would you like to compare scars? Let's see your medals and decorations. You want to sling shi%t, you should ensure you have enough of it to come out on top. In this case, you don't. Go back to your Bush bashing and ensure you don't enlist. I don't need someone like you working for me where I may have to actually depend on you. You are, as I always say, a LIABILITY.
