Christians would do anything if they thought God demanded it. The link in the source shows how someone would be willing to kill his own child if God told him to.

I'm sure gay sex is mild in comparison.

Now would *I* do it if God told me? First, I'd have to believe it is indeed God. For someone as powerful as God, I'd be pretty certain. We're not talking about some charlatan preacher but God himself. And I wouldn't deny God if he does exist.

Even if the being that told me to have gay sex wasn't God, he's obviously more powerful than me if he could pull off masquerading as God. So I'd pretty much have no choice.

That would not happen. It is in direct violation of God's laws.

2 Corinthians 6:9, 10 clearly states that "men who lie with men"...will not inherit God's Kingdom.

Romans 1:24-27 says: "Therefore God, in keeping with the desires of their hearts, gave them up to uncleanness, that their bodies might be dishonored among them, even those who exchanged the truth of God for the lie and venerated and rendered sacred service to the creation rather than the One who created, who is blessed forever, Amen. That is why God gave them up to disgraceful sexual appetites, for both their females changed the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature; and likewise even the males left the natural use of the female and became violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males, working what is obscene and receiving in themselves the full recompense, which was due for their error."

So since homosexuality is something contrary to nature and obscene, God would never ever ask anyone to have same-sex relations with eachother.

Wait, God doesn't speak to anyone. Sure he burned a bush for a very old moses once... but really, god does not speak to humans other than adam and eve.

The sad part is that Christians would do anything if they thought God demanded it. This totally goes against my definition of a God. A god would not need such things as followers.

Look at the facts, the bible says that God goes against his own word. He says to not kill, yet he brought on plagues and floods!

I would know that is was not God. Not because having sex with someone of the same sex is wrong, but because God would not ask anyone to do something that they did not want to do. It is called free will. Of course, if he could get me a date with Allan Rickman....

no no no...god would never ask this....

he would have you attack a defenseless city, kill everyone and every animal...except for the virgins, you keep them force them into sex and marriage...that's more gods thing...check the bible it's in there a few times

or maybe that's the writing of a bunch of horny old perverts...."Honey, i had to rape that 12 year old...god told me to"
