It looks like cow tails to me. Is there another food item named posole?

Click on the link...it doesn't show Hominy or Pozole/Posole the stew. It shows something like ox tails, but I don't know what.

Okay so if you don't have a log on you can't see the Safeway website. That's just lovely...so they have a product known on the website as a Posole pack or something...well, I suppose I'll never know what it means! Yes, I know that Pozole is also spelt as Posole because that is the pronunciation...do a quick google of it if you think that I'm out of my mind spelling it both ways! So also do a check on Safeway's shopping site and you'll see the photo of what looks like cow tails to me. At any rate, thanks all for the information that I already know...I know what pork and hominy stew with garnish is :-)

Posole is, OMG!yummy... more like soup.... it's pork (bone in) cooked w/ hamony, onions garlic etc.. and it is so delisious! But u might be talking about menudo, which is like posole but instead of pork, it's made w/ tripe (cow intestents)

Well... I routinely go to "gay pride" events and all I can say is this: The use of the word "pride" in these situations does not mean that the person is dumbly proud to be born the way they were - they are proud of their small victories in times of great challenge and struggle. The Irish for example, have a lot of pride because their history is overwraught with famine, exile, slavery, poverty and religious war. Blacks in America have pride because of their withstanding of slavery and decades of oppression. Whites (in general) can absolutely have pride - but the phrase "White Pride" was hijacked by neo-nazis a few years ago, along with "white power" and so it can have the effect of making a person seem racist or overzealous to those who object to or are wary of Nazism...
