Honestly, it is an over the counter medicine, there isn't any real documentation that it works. Don't believe everything the ads say from the manufacture. You need to try to find real research about it. So...what will help is eat right and exercise and drink water.

High blood pressure needs to be carefully managed by health care professionals. There are non drug methods to lower your blood pressure i.e. diet, exercise, etc. If those don't work, you'll have to try medication.
