I found really good eggless donuts at Whole Foods and Wild Oats (which I think is now part of the Henry's Marketplace chain). The company that makes these donuts is called Nutrilicious. If you go to their website, you can search by zip code for markets that sell them. http://www.nutrilicious.com/

Theres this vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Fullerton called Sidneys Cafe.
I heard they have delicious vegan muffins.
They also have pastries and sandwiches and stuff that can be made vegan.
Pretty awesome.

Mani's Cafe on Fairfax near the Grove la/farmers market. The best little cafe on fairfax. Google it. They have vegan and vegetarian best cakes, pastries...you name it and they even do wedding cakes! ;)

I don't know where to buy them, but I make 'em all the time. I found all kinds of substituions on www.ppk.com
I use silken tofu instead of eggs and applesauce instead of oil.
