Actually someone may have suggested to you that you may have heart problems, You have gone through the tests and nothing has showed up. If there was a problem believe me you would have been notified or admitted to the hospital from the emergency room.
Now you are dealing with a little anxiety, better address this problem before it starts ballooning into full scale panic attacks.
Trust in the doctors diagnosis, If you still are not convinced get a second opinion, make sure you also submit all your lab work and tests so the new doctor has something to work with.
Just kick back smile and say to yourself It wasn't a heart attack or I wouldn't be sitting here right now.

Apparently nothing is wrong with your heart but remember that emotions are not rational. Anxiety is fear regarding something specific while fear has no obvious source and therefore no easy solution. I would say that most young folks are on sensory overload with stress and rest deprivation being unfortunately common. Discuss your fear with a friend and you may find that you are not alone. Your friend may be concerned about something other than a heart attack but concerns and fears in young folks is the rule not the exception.

You are worrying about something that might never even happen to you. You should stop obsessing about it. Part of you trouble with the stomach just may be partly because of your worry about your heart. Find out why you are worried about a heart attack and address that problem.

If you are obsessed with having a heart attack you can actually will yourself into having one. Use your energy to tell yourself how amazingly healthy and fit you are.
Trust me, a life filled with heart problems is not something you should sign up for.

Hi man! Don't be over conscious about your health. You are going towards psycho-somatic disorder. Keep yourself busy with your education or job. Get involved with your friends in weekends, go far away from your usual life, lough louder, play, jump enjoy and forget about your health. You will certainly not face heart attack, guaranteed!

It sounds like you probably have an anxiety disorder. You should look for mental help. Seriously. I understand and it can be really scary.

I'm not saying this as joke, please don't take it that way. But have you maybe thought about talking to a therapist about possible hypochondria? My grandma is a hypochondriach, and there are a lot of ways to get passed those thoughts.
