I think you know very well that how to give up cigarette. i.e. strong will power.
Strong will power..just spread your finger when you hold cigarette it will fall down..hahah..If you want any medical help try a nicotine chewing gum, definitely it would assist to give up smoking but it also required strong will power.

Don't "try" to give up. Instead, restrict and minimize.

Smoke addicts use cigarettes whenver they feel lonely and unfulfilled. Just change your mind's direction. Tell yourself I will smoke only when I am "happy". Smoking should be done as a sign of celebration without guilt-trip. Life is not all about pleasure, we need to take a certain amount of pain too, to deserve that pleasure.

Hypnosis with post hypnotic drug and bed tasting cigarette, works effectively for some, must find right doctor, who knows what exactly he/she is doing.

just stop buying cigarettes packs dont u know they are Cancer sticks?just sit alone in a room or place that only you and ask yourself what is fun having Cancer or dieing? do u really want to give it up ? just ask yourself these questions and BE HONEST to yourself
