ive been dieting (no fat, small servings, mostly vegetables or unsweetened fruits) and working out (almost daily and over three weeks now, mostly cardio but also trying to burn down on different muscle groups - no its not muscles i gained, its all fat), and still i am permanently gaining weight. yeah, i know losing weight doesn t happen too fast, but i gain and gain... im desperate - i dont fit my clothes no more...
might stress play a role in this? ive been having quite a lot of it lately... my boyfriend says that might be a reason for it, but i only know people losing weight when they are stressed, not gaining
please please help me
i weight about 210 pounds now, i used to weigh about 190 two months ago, when i started dieting and working out i had about 200, how come i still gained? i just look horrible right now, the 190 were big already, but the proportions were all good, now my belly got huge, butt and breasts also, even my face too, i cant stand looking into th emirror no more
