Herpes, Warts, Syphillus?

If you have one of these diseases and you masterbate will they transfer to your hands?

Warts won't. There are dozens of different type of wart viruses, and they tend to specialise in different parts of the body. The viruses that cause warts on your hands are different from those that cause warts on the anal or genital areas.

I have heard of people transferring herpes from their genitals to their own hands, but I've never seen it, and I reckon it would be very, very rare.

Syphilis is a whole body infection. The genital sore (chancre) is just the first sign, so passing from genitals to hand would be the least of your worries, even if it did occur.

Herpes lesions can spread viruses to other parts of the body and cause the same recurrent blister like painful rash elsewhere. Herpes lesions on the fingers is called herpetic whitlow.

The strains of human papilloma virus which cause genital warts are different than the strains that cause the common warts on hands and feet. You will likely not need to worry about anogenital warts spreading to the hands, though in theory it is possible.

Syphilis is relatively rare, though there are some areas where it is increasing in prevalance. If you had a big, weeping syphilitic lesion on the genitals, I would hope that you would seek medical attention before even thinking about masturbation!
