The diabetes illness may be reversed simply by starting holistic changes in lifestyle. The diet plan should really be composed of plenty of fiber as well as plenty of fruits and vegetables. Consume four to 6 meals/snacks spread out equally in the course of the day. Get started exercising on a regular basis. Dietary supplements can help too. Fish oil, a daily multivitamin with minerals, pterocarpus marsupium, garlic, billberry, and also magnesium can be helpful.

It's remarkable that (almost) no one has mentioned the sugar connection. Is it possible that most people really don't know about the relationship of sugar and diabetes? Refined sugar taxes the pancreas beyond measure; any genetic weakness and the pancreas will flame out from excessive sugar intake. The body has miraculous healing power, and works so by design. Kill the sugar intake, give the body time to heal. Do some independent research...try to get the truth. Pick up some books on the topic at a health food store or free at a library. Or do a little web research.
Best wishes...

unfortunately - don't believe it's 'curable' BUT you can do some stuff to help it

like - lose weight - get down to where you are supposed to be
exercise - buff up - walk - weight lifting
and watch those carbs - don't overeat them - and do not go without them

and If you are Type 2 - you may get to come off your oral meds for a while
